At Britanni Tamara Art, we take pride in crafting unique, high-quality artwork. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged).  
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions and digital downloads cannot be returned.  
• Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.  

Exchanges

• Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.  
• Size or Style Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for in-stock items.  

Return Shipping

• Buyer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.  
• Packaging: Please use original packaging or secure wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
